Thanksgiving is 22 days away! For the next few short weeks I will be making some of my side dishes (I love side dishes) and dessert. I hardly make these dishes, so I hate to make them for the first time in a year on Thanksgiving Day. This week I will be making a new meatless stuffing recipe, cranberry relish, and pumpkin cheesecake.
